UAE

Payment

• You can pay online using our secure payment gateway with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Seamless Apple Pay.
  
• You can also choose to pay in installments through Tabby and Tamara.

Shipping

• Same-day delivery is available for Dubai for orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays.
• Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered the next day (weekdays).
• Shipping is free within the UAE.

GCC & International

Payment

• You can pay online using our secure payment gateway with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Seamless Apple Pay.
• You can also choose to pay in installments through Tabby and Tamara (available only for UAE and GCC).

Shipping

• Shipping is free within GCC.
• For international orders above AED 1,000, shipping is free.
• For international orders below AED 1,000, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
• Orders to GCC countries will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
• Orders to other international destinations will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.

• Ginger & Lace is not responsible for any customs, import, or duty charges your country may have.
• Ginger & Lace does not provide delivery services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
• For customers in certain remote areas, delivery services may be limited. In such cases, customers may be required to pick up their items from the nearest office of our shipping partner. For more information on delivery options specific to your location, please contact our customer service team.
